How a Restore Works

Four steps from call to recovery

Call or WhatsApp JYOTVIRA

Tell us what happened and what files you need. We check your account status and verify your identity before proceeding.

We check your backup

Our engineer checks which versions of your files exist in your Google Drive, confirms what can be restored, and tells you honestly if any files are unavailable.

PIN verification

Your restore PIN (set during installation) is required to unlock the restore. This protects against unauthorised recovery.

Files restored to a safe folder

Files go to a designated recovery folder on your PC. Your original locations are not overwritten without your explicit confirmation. You review before anything is finalised.

No product can guarantee 100% recovery for files that were not backed up. JYOTVIRA provides best-effort assistance using available backup data.
