Terms of Service

1. Service Description

SecureSync is a file monitoring and backup service for Windows PCs provided by JYOTVIRA Systems. The service monitors configured folders on your PC, backs up changed files to your Google Drive account, and provides remote restore assistance.

2. Subscription and Payment

SecureSync is offered as an annual subscription. You pay a one-time setup fee and an annual service fee. Prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. GST will be applied as applicable under Indian tax law. Payment terms are as invoiced.

3. Launch Offer Terms (First 100 Clients — Offer Code: LAUNCH100)

• Setup fee: ₹999 (instead of standard ₹2,999–₹14,999)
• Service: 3 months free from setup date
• Renewal: at standard annual rate for chosen plan, invoiced at end of trial
• No automatic billing — renewal is manual and requires your confirmation
• Offer valid for the first 100 clients only; JYOTVIRA reserves the right to close the offer at any time

4. Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew annually. JYOTVIRA will send a renewal reminder 30 days before expiry. If you do not renew, monitoring will stop at expiry. Files already backed up in your Google Drive remain accessible in your Google account. If you renew within 90 days of expiry, no new setup fee is charged. After 90 days, a setup fee applies to restart.

5. Restore Service

Restore assistance is provided as described in your plan. JYOTVIRA provides best-effort remote assistance. Restore is only possible for files that were (a) in a configured monitored folder and (b) successfully synced to Google Drive before the incident. JYOTVIRA does not guarantee recovery in all circumstances. Restore is not possible for files that were never monitored or not successfully backed up.

6. Google Drive

SecureSync backs up to your Google Drive account. Google Drive storage is your responsibility — it is billed by Google directly. JYOTVIRA is not responsible for Google service outages, storage limits, or Google account access issues.

7. Limitations of Liability

SecureSync is a monitoring and backup assistance service, not a guaranteed data recovery service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JYOTVIRA's liability for any loss of data, business interruption, or consequential damages is limited to the fees paid in the 12-month period preceding the claim. JYOTVIRA is not liable for data loss resulting from: files not in configured folders, failed syncs due to internet outages, Google Drive account issues, or events outside JYOTVIRA's control.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SecureSync only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute JYOTVIRA software or bypass security mechanisms (including the restore PIN gate).

9. Termination

JYOTVIRA may terminate or suspend your subscription if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. In such cases, no refund of fees paid will be issued.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

JYOTVIRA may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered clients with 30 days notice. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance.
